After I've spent significant time looking for AMD drivers matching my oclHashcat versions I wonder if it is possible to maintain a repository of the appropriate drivers for oclHashcat releases.
AFAIK AMD doesn't maintain such an archive, and mirrors often provide downloads which are broken or packed with malware/crapware (I don't have experience with Nvidia), so a trustworthy archive would be very useful.
What do you think?

I think it's a good idea. However, I would not like to do that on hashcat.net server as I am unsure about copyright/EULA issues

Actually AMD does maintain such an archive. You can get drivers going back several years. Those "Helpful Links" are more helpful than you probably reckoned
For Linux:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/de...inux%20x86
For Windows:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/de...1%20-%2064

Wow, thanks! I searched for these links for _days_ (seems like either AMDs SEO or my Google-fu suck...)!
Now that the solution is simpler as it seemed (I was also wondering about the legal implications of an external repo) I would suggest to provide these links next to the downloads/in the README.
Thanks again @epixoip, I hope I can invite you for a beer sometime! :)

You shouldn't have needed to search at all -- the link is right there on the driver download page.
