Make sure that hash in your file is correctly formatted, if you use bruteforce -1 ?l?d then your mask is ?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1

It means it can't find your hash file, make sure it's in the same folder as Hashcat or use an absolute file path for your hash file
