how to use hashcat

Hi Members & Staff

I am totally new with hashcat i have The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) Linux as operating system which have hashcat already installed in it.

1) What Hashcat do?
2) How to use it?

I have good knowledge of aircrack-ng and other stuff but hashcat is totally new for me please advice
