GPU's not fully utilized - pure dictionary attack:

/cudaHashcat-1.32/cudaHashcat64.bin --remove -o /Hashes.cracked -m 5600 /Hashes.txt /mega2.txt

Giving the GPU's enough work to do - rules enabled:
