You can contact Tyan or SuperMicro directly and ask them about buying one or a similar one from one of their vendors. Ebay may have one up soon if they don't today.
I don't know if you are for real or if you are an employee of a company, maybe a hobby enthusiast or if you just want to know the best that money can buy, maybe just now ready to finally cash in those shiny bitcoins you've been saving up, but with all that said, you may be better off (speed/time/money wise) by buying 2 cheaper AMD motherboards, some ram, cpu's, some power supplies, EIGHT 7990's, hook it all up with hashtopus and still have some money left over. Money left over to buy some beer and pay 2 friends to help you plug it all in.
Just trying to help give you some more ideas and pick the best solution that fits your goals! :-)
