How to apply optimizers?

I've got a message from cudaHashcat about optimizers available, but how do I enable them?
Couldn't figure out from help and forum.

The message was:

Applicable Optimizers:
* Zero-Byte
* Not-Iterated
* Single-Hash
* Single-Salt
