ok, I found a AsRock 990FX-Extreme3 tht has 3x 16x pic slots for $130

- 3 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots (PCIE2/PCIE3 @ x16 mode; PCIE4 @ x4 mode)
- 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x1 slot
- 2 x PCI slots
