is anyone run a benchmark with gtx1060 in hashcat v3.0？

I will buy the gpu msi gaming x 1060 with 3GB of memory. This gpu has two versions: 3GB and 6GB memory.

I would like to know if the performance of gpu with 3GB memory is the same as gpu with 6GB memory?
