Problems with the program after compilation

when I use the program from hashcat-6.1.1.7z (from site) , it starts correctly with and without a flag --encoding-to , and if I compile the sources myself, then the program does not work with the flag (

Program return code : STATUS_ERROR (-1)

I'm tired run with -D 1 ...It didn't help
