ATTENTION! HIP kernel self-test failed Win 10

After too many hours trying to get hashcat 6.2.6 running on Ubuntu I switched to Windows. Funny this is that is the same error I was getting Linux. Does anyone know how to fix this?

ATTENTION! HIP kernel self-test failed.

Did a Google search and can't find the same error. Tried the https://hashcat.net/faq/wrongdriver tute with no luck. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
