Yeah that speed is perfectly fine. The reason why it's taking so long is that it's just a near impossible amount of passwords to try. It's (26+26+10) ^ 10 which is 839 quadrillion possible passwords, which is just simply not possible to search. The router manufacturers know what they're doing and deliberately do this to avoid people cracking the passwords - it's just not mathematically possible.
