You're better off searching for AI/ML or vendors that specialize in video editing/rendering. Most MSPs/Hardware VARs can build one for you.

For example, Puget Systems (pretty well known in the rendering/video editing industry) can put together a few different setups that will fit the bill:

That is good advice.  There appears to be more vendors selling A.I. hardware given the recent focus in that area.
