Maybe, but just given how slow 7z hashes are, it'd be very unlikely to crack anything, unfortunately unless you remember lots of the password or composition of it. If there are even 4-5 characters you don't know, then it'd be practically impossible to crack, so if you knew it was "Penguin????" (question marks being the parts you don't know) then it may be possible, but just basic composition info probably wouldn't be enough for a randomly generated password.

Your best chance is probably to assume it wasn't randomly generated and hope it was something basic like "youthmp123". May that be a possibility or are you sure it was a random-ish password?
