[LM] Append a '0' with rules file ?!

Is the bug corrected ?

I was asking about the '0' appended at the end of some plain text, the first question of this thread.

Well, the link to the rule file is not working anymore but if you had the rule :, it uses the word as is and it would crack the hash. It is possible that since the max password length for each hash is 7 that every word (without rules or after applying the rule) longer than 7 get truncated to 7 and tried against the hashes that it would get cracked anyway. That would not be a bug but an intelligent feature.
