Hey atom, I believe he was referring to Intel HD Graphics 4000 found in Ivy Bridge laptops, not Radeon HD4000.
Intel has great OpenCL support on Windows, but no support on Linux. Intel's OpenCL SDK for Linux supports only CPU.
And more importantly, hashcat has no Intel OpenCL kernels.
