Hashcat on Windows error: the application was unable to access the graphic hardware

Hi 
I recently tried to run Hashcat on Windows
and as soon as it starts, it crashes with the error "the application was unable to access the graphic hardware"

I already tried to reinstall the nvidia and intel driver but it didn't help.
