make sure u distribute the power from the psu to all the system (how did u distribute the cables?)
meaning 5 cards on one psu and the system and other gpu to the second psu

Right now running Ubuntu 16.04, using the official Nvidia drivers from the Nvidia website.
(1) Power supply handles the motherboard and 3 of the video cards.
(1) Power supply handles 3 video cards.
