Low GPU usage also when I use amplifier and pipe

Hello there,

hw spec:
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
CPU: Intel i7-4790 , 3,60GHz

hashcat version 6.1.1

I'm trying either PMKID or hccapx but I can't never use more than 5% of my GPU. Also my CPU is max at 14%.
  

I'm trying using pipe and rules like this on hccapx with this command 
c:\> pp64 rockyou.txt | hashcat.exe -m 2500 -w 4 myap.hccapx -r rules\rockyou-30000.rule


and this command for PMKID
C:\> pp64 rockyou.txt | hashcat.exe -m 16800 -w 4 hashoutput.txt -r rules\rockyou-30000.rule


How can I speed up my runs?
