help with proper configuration

hi,im a newbie and i dunno how to configure properly,im using NVIDIA GEFORCE GT540M,its stated at http://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus and it has computing capability of 2.1 .
but although that,my computer still running slow,around 3400 c/s,im using windows 7 64 bit.here's the status :

it's very slow as i saw others ppl running at 300k or even in millions c/s,so can anyone teach me how to configu properly so it can run at maximum speed?

I think the speed is ok for the 540M. It is a low end card. Also, NV is not so good in single hash cracking.

If you want fast speed you need the AMD top model cards like hd5970, hd6990, hd7970.

However, I never saw Mhash/s on WPA.

ok,thanks,all of them are RM 2k++,i can't afford it....
btw,juz asking,is the larger the number the better the GPU for AMD and the smaller the number the better for nvidia?
and final thing i want to ask is im using acer as5755G(laptop),would it be possible to upgrade to the three gpu that you mentioned above?is the space enough?the purpose i buying this laptop is for gaming,after upgrade to above three gpu,can i still playing games?

i have one of those (GT540M)..
u can have maximum of 4500c/s @ WPA/WPA2 with this command
-m2500 -n160 -o[OUTPUT_FiLE].out [HCcap_FiLE].hccap [DiCT].dict

the [-n160] would help a little bit..
try good dictionarys
