I was hoping you might be able to add some proper exit statuses to hashcat, it could DEFINITELY make scripting easier in specific cases.
Right now, I only get 255 if it doesn't run, or 0 if it runs.
I would love to see something like...
255 => didn't run
2 => ran but didn't find hashes
1 => ran but only found some hashes
0 => ran and found all hashes
