I use HashcatGUI_026
installed Catalyst 13.1 -exact-
oclHashcat-plus 0.13

when i running oclHashcat-plus32.exe
it display ERROR: clGetDeviceIDs() -1
my os:windos XP sp3 32bit
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6450 DDR3 1024MB 64Bit

amd no longer supports opencl on windows xp. you will need to upgrade windows.
