Hi, i'm using oclHashcat-plus32, and i've been having this error

ERROR: clGetDeviceIDs() -1

i have an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200, AMD Catalyst 13.1, and Windows 8

if everyone can help to fix this error, i will thank you.
