For -m 300, dictionary attack with appending rules only. Dictionary used is wikipedia 2009. The progress % goes beyond 100%

can you please remove your hashcat.dictstat and retry?

Yes, that solved the problem. I think that it's not even the first time that I report such a problem with the same answer. Hopefully, I will remember it next time... Sorry for the useless post.

this case is now automatically detected with rc6 and above. can't expect user to remember that every time. the hashcat.dictstat will be removed automatically if an older version is detected based on timestamp.
