I tried the Trac CAPTCHA about twenty times, but was unable to get a submission accepted.
Can it be more more usable?
Edited: Yet the submission made it.
I wonder why it kept telling me it failed?

I am really pleased you posted this, I was struggling to use Trac and thought it was just me
I wanted to say thank you to atom for concluding ticket 184 but I couldn't get past the captcha, which is very difficult to read by the way.

Don't know why, but your IP was marked as spammer IP. Do you use a proxy?
IPBlacklist (-10): IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX blacklisted by all.s5h.net, dnsbl.tornevall.org [67]
StopForumSpam (-4): StopForumSpam says this is spam (ip [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX])

Yes I use a proxy.
I am in no way complaining about the anti spam feature, it's just that the captcha doesn't seem to work ( even when correct text is entered ) and it is very difficult to read.
Please don't go to much trouble looking at this if it is only me who has problems. Kgx Pnqvhm seems to be able to manually bypass it using the captcha.

What might be happening is that a ticket is somehow accepted, but doesn't say so, and when doing the CAPTCHA again, the second and onward attempted submissions are seen as "spam" since they duplicate the already submitted submissions. What is confusing is that another CAPTCHA appears as if that is the problem.
Next time, I'm going to use IE to submit the ticket, while using Firefox to see if it shows up.
