I forgot to show the .exe part of the command, meaning that I'm running on Windows.
And also, I have an Nvidia card.

And, coincidentally, the Mfaktc page (http://www.mersennewiki.org/index.php/Mfaktc ) points to an update (0.21) from just a few days ago:
