having trouble downloading hashcat

When I try to download hashcat, I end up with it asking me which program to open hashcat with. I know I'm supposed to be able to run it from command prompt. Do I save it as a JS file? It wants me to open it with firefox. Do I just store it in a folder where I can run it from cmd... I guess?

have you installed 7zip? Open & extract with 7zip
