8x gtx1080 processor req

how can i calculate the processor power i need to run 8x gtx1080 fe ?
planning to use ubuntu and TYAN FT77AB7059

will this processor sufficient for the shitty Nvidia OpenCL runtime ? 
2x Xeon E5 2683 V4 ES 2.0Ghz 40MB 16Core LGA2011 14nm 120W

yes it will be enough.
i im not sure it support more than 12 cores tho?
they are showing on the pic 12 cores, dont know what that mean.
