Another l33tsp34k rule (didn't see lanjelot's)

I wanted to generate all possible combinations of l33tsp34k, with some other common substitutions (first letter uppercase, append '1!', etc).

I'm not that great with oclHashcat rules/tables etc, so I'm sure there are better ways to do this. Hopefully it gives people ideas. Also I'm no good with Python, but it worked :)

Suggestions are appreciated.

Updated .rule to v1.2 -- Removed some pointless prefixes, added some suffixes (.py has not been updated to match yet)
