nvmlDeviceGetFanSpeed(): Not Supported

I do not know how to solve the problem at startup.

hashcat (v5.1.0) starting in benchmark mode...

Benchmarking uses hand-optimized kernel code by default.
You can use it in your cracking session by setting the -O option.
Note: Using optimized kernel code limits the maximum supported password length.
To disable the optimized kernel code in benchmark mode, use the -w option.

* Device #2: Not a native Intel OpenCL runtime. Expect massive speed loss.
             You can use --force to override, but do not report related errors.

thank you in advance

nvmlDeviceGetFanSpeed(): Not Supported is only a warning. The error is right above that. Install the proper opencl runtimes for your hardware.

there is a slight diffenrence between a warning and an error, the warning just tells you, that hashcat cant monitor your hardware for its fanspeed, together with missing temperature this could lead to a hardwarefailure or damage due to too high temperatures
