Although all the components you need should be included ohc+/kernels, recently I have read you can fix that clBuild fault by using AMD driver 12.1 when using the new ohc+ version.
BIM somehow AMD 12.1 give less performance than 11.12, on same hardware and same system configuration. Don't ask me why.

RV710 are problematic, especially when it shows: clBuildProgram() -5

Kernelcode for this GPU is very buggy and there are several reports for them on this forum. However its a AMD OpenCL compiler bug, so I cant fix it.
