Whenever I use -d 3 to use the Integrated Intel GPU the PC freeze, I have to reboot manually, although I have updated to last driver still having the problem , anyone have the same issue ? and is there any solution ? I used Hashcat v6.1.1

Probably a problem with the cooling.
