hashcat recovers passwords from hashes you already have, on systems you own or have permission to test. It cannot get you into a Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or email account, and messages asking for that are not answered. If you have lost access to an account, the provider that runs it is the only place that can help you.
