I have strange problem -> always when start using new version i try to crack hash with known pass. I just downloaded new version and hashcat cant brake smf hash ;/

Atom on your first post of this thread you provided a link to plus version, but it links to the same page as v0.09. Even when clicking on that v0.09 link it just refreshes the page.

clear your browser cache. you should be seeing a download link for v0.12 at this point, not v0.09.
