2015 Hardware

I have seen your videos and know that you are very informed and experienced. I was wondering what the best build for me would be. I want something cost efficient (>5000) and powerful. What do you recommend ?
#22
do you really mean > 5000, or do you really mean < 5000? if you mean > 5000, then go with the tyan ft77, hands down. if you mean < 5000, go with a UD7 in a Chenbro RM41300.

Would one big set up in a Chenbro RM41300 work better than a setup ( VCL )with the following parts? Thankyou for your help.
mobo and cpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6813138368
gpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6814131468
ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6820231546
and 500gb hdd and case
and how big of a psu do i need?
#24
In my humble opinion. I would start from one big setup. You will have decent power and less problems... Smile
#25
That would be best also because I need it to run windows. YAY! but can I do four 7990 or not in a 900d case and 2 1200w psu with water cooling on all cards an 2 res and 2 pumps??
#26
Well I don't know, do the math and calculate your power needs. You need to take into account that this is not an easy case to use two separate psu (I'm not gonna test my welding skills against price of 4x7990 rigWink What I can tell you is that I'm going to build 3x 7990 next week with one psu G1600 air cooling in open case like lian li ti60 or i will make my own open case. If you want you can wait I will sure post my experience.
