Benchmarks of a Gigabyte 3070 Gaming OC

Code:
$ ./hashcat.bin -b
hashcat (v6.1.1) starting in benchmark mode...

Benchmarking uses hand-optimized kernel code by default.
You can use it in your cracking session by setting the -O option.
Note: Using optimized kernel code limits the maximum supported password length.
To disable the optimized kernel code in benchmark mode, use the -w option.

Thanks for the bench results.

Looks on par with the RTX 2080.

Thanks for posting. Can you post the speed to WPA 2500?

Thanks.

@dre
2500 is deprecated as well as 16800. You should use 22000 instead:
Code:
Hashmode: 22000 - WPA-PBKDF2-PMKID+EAPOL (Iterations: 4095)

Speed.#1.........:  645.7 kH/s (72.76ms) @ Accel:8 Loops:512 Thr:1024 Vec:1

The format is no longer binary (hccapx) and you can use both (EAPOL and PMKID) in a single hash file.

This was the reason behind our decision:
https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat/issues/1816

Thanks. Didn't realize I was using an older version. I have some reading to do on the new format and steps for conversion.

Same opinion here, I can't believe my 1080ti still holds the line. It's probably worth it to pair two 1080ti's rather than getting anything on the market today.
