Rtx 3080 low hash rates compared to other benchmarks

Hi All,

Recently started using Hashcat, I think I've installed everything correctly but when I compared my benchmark to other 3080s online they seem very low -see snippet below - anyone got any tips on things I can look for in any settings or otherwise?

Driver version: 581.42
