Cracking Protected Text HTML

Hi

Firsly, I am a complete Hashcat newbie so I know nothing about how to use it.

A while ago, I copied to my hard drive the HTML page for a Protected Text page from protectedtext.com. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for it.

Please can you give me step-by-step instructions for using Hashcat to crack the HTML page that I downloaded.

I am halfway proficient at Javascript so I may or may not be able to make alterations to the Protected Text Javascript if necessary.
