help need on hashcat cpu sha1 and sha256

want to understand cpu version how salt handling done.
i have search before and found exactly same thing is posted.

as i think now --hex-salt is possible in cpu version but i can't make it working.

process work but no password found.

as i know password already i try to this way too.
