is there a possibility to tell hashcat to successively use every list??

Yes if you specify a folder and not a file. Something like "C:\dics\*.txt" or even "C:\dics"

May I add --outfile=FILE

Please read the help :

-o,  --outfile=FILE                Define outfile for recovered hash

All your recovered hashes will go inside the defined file.
