Your specific Intel GPU model doesn't support OpenCL. Hashcat requires that the hardware supports OpenCL.
You can just look at the support page of intel.
For instance here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-opencl we see that "IntelĀ® HD Graphics 6000 series, and IntelĀ® HD Graphics 5000 series" are supported. You GPU is much older and is not supported.
The TechPowerUp GPU-Z display must look at least like this:

OpenCL must be checked/enabled, otherwise you can't use your GPU with hashcat.
The only solution is to buy a new dedicated GPU which is supported by hashcat (and the hardware vendor), for instance Nvidia GTX 1080 ti founders edition.
