Special mask attack rules?

I want use massattack but I need some rules for example

hashcat64.exe -m 2500 -a 3 E:\mycap.hccapx -1 ?l?d?u ?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1

I use this codes.

I need this rules

- Max digit number = 2
- Max uppercase = 2
- not dumplicate char

examples

oDn3iN9z
and not want dumplicate example 1aadWeF3 or kdE33nKw or k3GGea8n

how to do this?
