add a complex md5 algorithm rule

I want to add a complex md5 algorithm rule, can the official add it? Or is there anyone willing to help me.
md5(md5(md5(password)+salt1)+ salt2)
salt1 is a fixed value.
salt2 is regular salt.
Can someone help me write a module for this? I can pay for it, it's been bugging me for a long time.
