Make a file to contain the three strings, then:
hashcat -m 0 -a 7 [targethash] -1 ?u?d ?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1 threestringsfile.txt
hashcat -m 0 -a 7 [targethash] -1 ?u?d ?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1 threestringsfile.txt
