Help Needed with GPU Performance in Hashcat

Hi everyone,
I am relatively new to Hashcat and could use some guidance. I am trying to optimize GPU performance but I am not seeing the speed I do expect. I am using an NVIDIA RTX 3060 and while it is working, the speeds seem lower than what I have seen others report with similar setups.

Here is what I have done so far:

• Installed the latest GPU drivers
  
• Using the latest version of Hashcat
  
• Ensured the GPU is running in performance mode
  
• Checked that no other programs are using GPU resources
  

Despite all this I am still not hitting the speeds I was hoping for. Am I missing something? Are there specific settings or tweaks I should be aware of? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have also read this topic on this website https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77491850/hashcat-has-different-performance-than-benchmark-results-sap-sac but i could not found the solution.
