You can always try to SSH, telnet, UART or a programmer+clip to extract the /etc/shadow file. Which then brings it back around to hashcat which you'll need to convert the hash back to the plain text password.
But it sounds like it'll be much easier to write down all those specific settings (which takes effort, but I'm sure you can afford) do a factory reset and re-enter all those specific settings.
