Thank you for your replys! Yes I red That I should be careful with laptop. That's why I would like to have more light profile to run hashcat. I did find G Helper (https://github.com/seerge/g-helper/releases/tag/v0.233) that lets me adjust fan speeds and GPU power usage. So I'm able to run hashcat now with CPU and GPU temperatures staying about 73°C. Fan is running 4400 RPM (not sure what my max value is). It will drop hashcat speed but it is more important to keep my laptop cool than getting fast results.
