I can confirm that the file copy method from @w41l3r work on the old Windows 7 as well (with CUDA SDK v10, as that's the last one officially supporting Win7).
(used Hashcat 7.1.2)
Though I used symlinks instead of copies for the DLLs, to make sure I'll notice a need for update in it happens.
