After format speed goes down 50% on HD 7970

Can you please help me with the syntax to load the hash from a file on hashlite?

I don't know how to use the textfile-name ...

I got only this for plus:

oclHashcat-plus64.exe C:/hashes.txt -m 0 C:/wordlist/list1.txt

C:\hashcat>oclHashcat-plus64.exe C:/hashes.txt -m 10 C:/wordlist/list1.txt
WARNING: Hash 'C:/hashes.txt': Line-length exception
ERROR: No hashes loaded

The hash that i use is md5 salted using password: power
