PCIe Expanders

OK thanks for the advice, I've been looking at a multi-PC/cluster setup but from what I can gather that would need to be Windows based right? I'm planning on using Linux, so I guess I'll have to write some code to automate the distributed workload if I use both my current PC and the new rig. Or is there an easier way?
