HASHCAT VERSION

Hi all
Plz guide me that how would i know what version of hashcat should i use on 64 bit windows 11 home, 

I have used hashcat 4.1 on my old laptop based on windows 10 64 bit, but that version is not working on my new laptop based on windows11 64 bit.

error showing on new laptop

2. hashcat doesnot started after showing
